Known for my animated films, I created this work as a personal reflection on turning 40. Through the process, I became increasingly aware of the broader significance of my research, which focuses on shifts in female identity and how these changes affect one’s sense of self. This piece explores both the physical lifespan of the body and the emotional transformations that occur during this age of crisis. Using humor and interviews, I address the complexities surrounding the female midlife crisis.
