“Treasure Island”, start out with an animation of the fairy tale, tells the story of a beautiful island with full of treasures.
Through out the fairy tale, we see the true stories of two women from Indonesia and Vietnam who are trapped at the shelters in Taiwan; they are the victims of human trafficking. They thought they were be able to work here as maids or on some odd jobs so their family back home can have better lives. But these fairy tale dreams weren’t any closed to the realities they had to face later in life…
